You read that right, here at Elite Rewards we have a Director of Fun, and his name is Joe Reimels. While it may be a crazy title, Joe serves a very serious purpose: strengthening your sales team. Why you need Elite Rewards is obvious, but HOW is essential.
Here at Elite Rewards, we assist teams to grow through the Kaizen method. Kaizen is another crazy title, but a very serious process. Kaizen means change for the better and continuous improvement.
We want your sales team to succeed just as much as you do, but we also know that it needs to be fun and keep everyone engaged. Yes, it is their job to sell, but adding in some fun and competition makes things better for everyone and that is where our Director of Fun comes in. He is there to help your team move in the right direction!

If you had a superpower, what superpower would you choose? Beat up all of the bullies in the world. – A very non-Quaker thing to say.
What was your very first job? Tour Guide at Niagara Falls.
What is your favorite type of (sales) promotion? Easy, the $300/$200.
What is one thing on your bucket list? A week off-the-grid retreat with no phones, working on art projects.
What is one thing that instantly makes your day better? Doing something nice for someone.
How many kids and grandkids do you have? 2 boys.

What is your definition of success? When you don’t have to worry about bills.
What do you hope your coworkers say about you at your retirement party? That I had good interpersonal relationships with people, and I was present with all of them.
